Exchange Policy and Shipping

Shipping

The Glitter Gospel Boutique offers a $5 flat rate shipping fee each way. $5 shipping on all orders and in the event of exchanges or returns, a $5 return shipping fee will apply.
All packages are shipped USPS priority mail and will ship out within 2-4 business days of your order. Once your items have been pulled and are ready to ship out you will receive an email stating your order has been completed, then once your items ship you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Most packages will arrive within 5-7 business days, but most will arrive sooner than that!

Exchange Policy

We know that you are going to love all your Glitter Gospel purchases, but we will gladly help you in exchanging an order if it does not fit or isn't exactly what you were looking for. We ask that you return within 30 days of purchase in order to exchange. You can fill out the contact form below or you can email us at contact@shoptheglittergospel.com for assistance with exchanges.

A few notes on our returns...
All returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached
All sale items are final sale and can not be returned

Shipping for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we do not believe it complies with the policy stated above or if the item is received in unsalable condition. Please allow 5 standard business days from the time your return is received to process your return.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you believe you received a defective item, you are missing an item, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get to working on fixing your order!

Exchanges

In the event you're interested in exchanging your items for a different size we will always try to provide an exchange of the original item if the inventory is available. Please note that the item must also meet the return criteria. Exchanged items will not be processed or shipped until the original item is received, therefore, you may want to place a new order in order to make sure you get your desired item!

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are never refunded, unless we made a mistake. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return and may be charged for additional shipping costs in the event of an exchange. We are not responsible for damaged, stolen, or packages lost in transit.
